關於台北縣市教學場地，本站有列表參考。
主要跟隨50-65歲教練初階研習，可得到較佳之功架觀摩，並佐參本站之討論區及十二功架、漢導引之參考資料，將有理論及實證之相互觀摩發現，培養丹功之學養及興緻。
如國外同道，則可以於相對二面牆配置懸鏡，人站其中，以自觀全身前後功架之狀態，依本站功架參考資料，自我研修，效果亦佳。
