記得大而在台北市星期六四點的進修班，一上講席的口令即是身法歌要義：身立膝鬆，收下巴，頭領正，舌抵顎水自生，眼平視心自安， 全身放鬆，先天氣慢慢由十指末稍蠕動，遍及全身八萬四千皮膚毛竅，360骨節，竅竅亨通。
隨後：先天氣含元丹田，身體百骸受恩。
