林師兄所述的練功經驗、身體反應及調理過程，彌足珍貴，
本站最需此種經驗分享同道。
由於本人29歲練功，除了先天氣及磁場之晉境外，身體感受有之，病理反應不多，大皆得之同道的經驗，並以丹功晉程及醫學學理推之或請同道驗之， 或聆聽、請益老同道練功經驗談，累積教學經驗，十之八九尚符合，所謂他人經驗為前車之鑑， 以之供網站同道參考，故本站所揭示資料，頗希望有回饋意見，或提出切要見解。
